 Product
sold without open account status requires payment in full prior to pickup
or shipping. Payment can be paid via cash, cashier's check or money order.
All prices are quoted based upon "Cash On Delivery." MasterCard, Visa,
American Express and Discover are welcome. Sale prices are based on cash
payment, use of credit card for payment may result in a slightly higher
sale price.
Use of company
or personal checks without proper "Open Account" status requires a guarantee
card or adequate time for the check(s) to clear bank funds.
Customer
deposits are required in advance of sales when merchandise is not in stock
at Klay Anderson Audio Inc. Balance of the sale amount is due prior to
shipment of product. If product is to be shipped directly from manufacturer
(drop shipped) a deposit in the full sale amount may be required. |

Klay
Anderson Audio Inc. ships on "Open Account" to organizations and individuals
who have established credit. To establish credit please contact Klay Anderson
Audio Inc. credit department or your sales person. Open account orders
must meet a minimum amount of $100.00.
Terms of
sale are determined at point of sale or quote and clearly marked on your
invoice copy.
If at any
time your account is past due invoice terms or over your approved credit
limit, your "Open Account" status will be suspended until adjustments
are made. Past due invoices will be accessed a 1.5% (one and one half
percent) service charge every month past the due date of invoice or 30
days of invoice which ever time period is less.

| Leasing
or financing can be arranged by Klay Anderson Audio Inc. for purchases
in excess of $5,000.00. Contact your sales person for details. |

| Shipping
is F.O.B. Salt Lake City, Utah, or manufacturers' dock. All shipping charges
are at an additional cost unless otherwise stated prior to point of order. |

|
| Shipment
or pickup within the state of Utah is subject to state and local sales
tax, except organizations furnishing tax exemption documentation and completion
of any required forms. |

| Upon
receiving any new or used merchandise the product should be inspected
immediately for any shipping damage or original defects. Any shipping
damage must be reported directly to the shipper first and clearly marked
on the shipper's received receipt, then call Klay Anderson Audio Inc.
for best plan to resolve your problem. All shipments unless specified
at point of sale are insured only for the standard shipper's per carton
insured amount. Special or additional insurance is at additional expense. |

| Klay
Anderson Audio Inc. honors all written manufacturers' warranties with
the following exceptions: shipping and travel expenses (if needed) are
not covered, in the event the manufacturer does not adhere to written
warranties, equipment has been exposed to unusual physical or electrical
harm. Used equipment is sold on an AS IS basis. No other warrantv,
unless specified in writing at point of sale, is expressed or implied.

If
we have made an error in your order, please call us. NO merchandise will
be accepted without prior approval. If you wish to return product that
was ordered correctly as per your instructions, a restocking fee will
be required. One of a kind or special order items ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
All authorized
return merchandise must be in original condition with original carton
and manuals or paperwork. |

items sold by Klay Anderson Audio Inc. have a limited shelf life and or
are subject to degradation by exposure to extreme environmental conditions.
Recording tape (audio/video/digital), cleaning and lubricating chemicals
CANNOT be returned without proof of manufacturer's defect. Electronic
components are not refundable for any reason. |
